Terms of Service & Compliance Rules

Please read these terms carefully before accessing MCRx. Our platform is structured under strict UK regulations governing medical cannabis directory services.

UK Regulatory Disclaimer (Prescription-Only Medicines)

MCRx provides directory indexes and patient tools for medical cannabis, which is categorized as a Schedule 2 Controlled Drug and a Prescription-Only Medicine (POM) under the UK Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 and Human Medicines Regulations 2012.

We strictly follow the UK Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice and the MHRA Blue Guide. We do not sell, distribute, prescribe, or promote any controlled substance.

1. Patient Eligibility & Verification

Public portions of MCRx are strictly limited to objective botanical references, verified clinics, and authorized growers. To unlock sensitive data (including pricing, batch stocks, Certificates of Analysis, and therapeutic forums), users must verify their patient status by signing in and uploading proof of prescription (redacted clinic letters or pharmacy pharmacy bag receipts).

Attempting to bypass patient-verification gates, using falsified documents, or accessing gated areas as a non-patient represents a material breach of these terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct (No Sales or Distribution)

Under no circumstances may users utilize MCRx forums, profiles, journals, or messaging boards to coordinate, advertise, offer, or perform private sales, pharmacy trading, sharing, or distribution of medical cannabis.

WARNING: Sharing or trading controlled substances is a criminal offense in the United Kingdom. Any account found attempting to trade, swap, or advertise medicines will be banned instantly, and relevant logs may be forwarded to authorities.

3. Information Standards & Verification Framework

MCRx maintains a zero-hallucination data policy to satisfy medical directory standards. We do not scrape or seed records from competitor databases (such as `medbud.wiki`). Strains, clinics, and laboratories must be mapped directly to verified registries (such as the Care Quality Commission or General Pharmaceutical Council) or official grower seeds.

Where batch data lacks an official, verified Certificate of Analysis (COA) PDF, its URL is left null rather than filled with drafts or placeholder PDFs. Profiles lacking confirmation are marked clearly as "Unverified".

4. No Clinical Advice & Limitation of Liability

All directories, stock indications, terpene profiles, and guides displayed on MCRx are for informational references only. MCRx is not a licensed healthcare provider, clinical practice, law firm, or pharmacy.

We do not offer medical diagnosis, prescribing decisions, or pharmaceutical recommendations. Decisions regarding medical treatments must be made in consultation with a GMC-registered clinical specialist.

5. Educational Tools, Accuracy Disclaimer & Community Corrections

MCRx provides free educational tools and comparative guides (including the Emergency Rights Wizard, GP Subject Access Request Generator, Titration & Dosage Calculator, Card Creator, and Clinic Comparison Engine). These tools are built using statutory legislation and publicly available clinic pricing and regulatory policies accurate as of 2026.

Because clinic fee schedules, formulary partnerships, and administrative guidelines frequently change, MCRx assumes no legal responsibility or liability for outdated, incomplete, or inadvertent errors. Users must independently verify terms directly with their prescribing clinic.

1. Agreement to Terms & Scope

By accessing or using the MCRx platform, you agree to be bound legally by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and AHM Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Patient Eligibility & Covenants

You covenant, represent, and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United Kingdom.
You possess a legal, active prescription for medical cannabis issued by a GMC-registered clinical specialist in the UK.
Any documentation uploaded for patient verification (e.g. clinic letters, bag receipts) is authentic, current, and unaltered.

Providing falsified documentation or accessing gated patient portions of MCRx without a legal medical prescription is a material breach of these terms, resulting in immediate account termination.

3. Controlled Substances & Prohibited Misuse

Medical cannabis is regulated as a Schedule 2 Controlled Drug under the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. You are strictly prohibited from using MCRx (including forums, journals, reviews, and messaging utilities) to:

Solicit, buy, sell, exchange, swap, trade, or distribute medical cannabis or any other controlled substance.
Advertise specific prescription-only medicines (POMs) or post sales links for pharmacies.
Coordinate drug transfers, peer-to-peer distribution networks, or unlicensed trading.

AHM Labs Ltd enforces a zero-tolerance policy. Any user found violating this section will have their account permanently terminated without notice, their details blacklisted, and AHM Labs Ltd reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement agencies.

4. Directory Data Disclaimer & Sourcing

MCRx acts as a factual information directory. To satisfy medical directory standards, we reject competitor wiki scraping (such as `medbud.wiki`) and map records exclusively to official distributor listings, CQC/MHRA registries, or verified grower feeds.

However, clinical pricing, consultation fees, stock levels, and batch Certificates of Analysis are subject to frequent manufacturer updates. AHM Labs Ltd makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-time status of directory records. Strains without direct laboratory COAs will fallback to a null URL standard, and unconfirmed listings will remain marked as "Unverified".

5. No Medical Advice & Limitation of Liability

MCRx is an information directory and patient utility platform. AHM Labs Ltd does not provide clinical services, medical advice, prescribing decisions, or pharmaceutical services.

Decisions regarding treatments, dosages, or clinic changes must be made with your GMC-registered specialist. AHM Labs Ltd, its directors, and employees disclaim all liability for health outcomes, treatment efficacy, pharmacy dispensing delays, or clinic fees. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on information found on the platform.

6. Indemnification Covenants

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHM Labs Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or regulatory penalties arising out of or in connection with:

Your violation of these terms.
Your misuse of the platform or violation of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Any regulatory action taken against AHM Labs Ltd as a result of your prohibited activity.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal disputes.
